Operation Christmas Child - Due November 24

For several years, we have partnered with Samaritan's Purse in their annual Operation Christmas Child project. OCC sends shoeboxes full of small toys, hygiene items, and school supplies to needy children throughout the world. Click the link to learn how you can get involved and bless the life of a child. Surviving the Holidays - December 1

The holidays are a time of joy, but if you are coping with the loss of a loved one, it can be a lonely and emotional season. Come to "Surviving the Holidays," a one-day seminar offering support and encouragement for getting through this difficult time. The seminar will meet from 2:00 to 4:00 pm on Sunday, December 1. Ladies Christmas Party - December 3

Come join the party at the Eldridge home on December 3 at 6:00 pm. Please bring a finger food to share and a $15 festive gift. More than anything, we want the pleasure of your company. This is a wonderful time for the women of the church to get together for an evening of festive fun and a celebration of friendship. See Debbie for more info.

 

Ladies Night - December 12

Our next Ladies Night is planned for Thursday, December 12 beginning at 7:00 pm in the fellowship hall. Please bring two dozen cookies to exchange. Enjoy this wonderful time together and nurture the bonds women have in the church. More info about December's Ladies Night will be announced soon. Please check back for more info.

 

Blood Drive - December 15

Give blood. Save lives. Every eight weeks, we host a blood drive with the Red Cross. It takes place from 1:00 to 7:00 pm in our fellowship hall. All types of blood are needed. Walk-ins are usually welcome, but it's better to reserve a donation time. Follow the link to reserve a timeslot and help save a life. Reserve a donation time.

 

Cocoa & Carols - December 22

It's a holiday tradition. Come and enjoy a festive night of singing all your favorite Christmas carols interspersed within a dramatic reading of the birth of Christ. The evening will also include endless hot cocoa and other seasonal treats. We hope you will make this a wonderful night a part of your family holiday tradition. It all starts at 6:00 pm.

 

Gospel Mission - December 29

Join the team going to the Gospel Mission in downtown Dayton. This is a wonderfully rewarding experience serving meals to people in need. We need twelve people over the age of 13 to make full use of the kitchen and serving line. You'll be providing an invaluable service and it only takes a few hours out of your afternoon. Learn more.
